Questions before you order
Can I get a sample before ordering?
Yes. Order a sample pack to see and feel the cups and lids before you commit. Samples supplied are products from previous orders; we do not print a sample of your artwork before completing the order.
Samples are free and can take around a week to receive after we receive your request.
We can also provide 3D mock-ups of your artwork so you can get an idea of what the final product will look like.
What artwork do I need to send?
We just need your logo as a vector file (EPS or AI).
Our in-house designer prepares the artwork and sends you a proof to approve. There is no additional fee for artwork.
Can I mix sizes in one order?
Yes. The minimum is 500 units per size, per design.
How fast can I get them?
10–14 working days from artwork approval for up to 10,000 cups, or 10–15 days above that. Rush service is available on request.
Which lids should I choose?
Black or white PE lids are recyclable. White sugarcane lids are home compostable and PFAS-free, and are required for orders going to WA.
How much is delivery?
Freight depends on location; however, this is included in our quote once an address is provided.
